Gemballa Take the McLaren MP4-12C Spider to Tune Geneva Motor Show |
After revealing its calibration war the McLaren MP4-12C auto at the 2012 Geneva machine Salon,
Gemballa is returning to the current year's event in Switzerland with an analogous proposal for the recently launched Spider model of the series.
The German tuner avoided dipping its hands into the open-top McLaren model's engine bay deed the 616hp (625PS) twin-turbocharged three.8-liter V8 untouched, and instead centered on the car's look and wheels.

Gemballa's cosmetic updates embody associate aero package with a recently designed front bumper, side skirts and rear valence with new exhaust pipes, while around the side, we find GForged-one light-weight alloy wheels, in 20 and 21-inch diameters for the front and rear axles respectively, shod in Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245/30ZR20 (front) and 305/25ZR21 (rear) tires.
For the inside, the tuner offers a full leather treatment and customised electrical device gauges, both in individual colours.
The exterior, interior and wheel package is priced at €47,166 (US$62,400.
